Our 6-D Process
01.
Discover
For each project, we find out what the client’s requirements or challenge is, confirm we have the capacity and resources and then accept. This is to ensure we deliver quality to our clients on schedule.
02.
Define
At this stage, we define and agree on the project scope, and duration along with out clients and major stakeholders. Also, at this phase, security requirements for the project are also considered before commencement of design.
03.
Design
Our engineers and/or researchers (as needed) begin the design of the project based on information gathered from the discovery phase and the project definition (i.e., scope, duration, security requirements etc.).
04.
Develop
For security testing (or VAPT) projects, this is the stage we begin execution. We pay attention even to the minutest of details during tests and web app development. We also perform meticulous testing of developed apps including security and stress testing of your app.
05.
Deploy
After rigorous testing by the development and security team, your product/service goes through a thorough quality assurance process to ensure the scope, aim and requirements of the project are met or exceeded. Clients are also able to assess their work at this stage, and give feedback before project finalisation.
06.
Deliver
Finally, a report of the security assessment/test is provided for security testing projects. For development or research projects, a very comprehensive report highlighting requirements and scope to the last detail is delivered to the client with every technical jargon broken down into plain sentences.
