About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that boost engagement, drive conversions, and strengthen our brand presence for CyberPhorm and its products:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor trends and integrate them into social media content.
  • Drive community engagement through effective communication and interaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth and conversion.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media tools and best practices.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across CyberPhorm, CyberPhormX, Gauver, and DOPE.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts (brand or agency).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to trends quickly.
  • A collaborative team player with strong organisational skills.
